This branded Mini Golf Obstacle was customized for a specific hole at the Denver International Airport month long activation. The events department from Denver International Airport wanted to have some of the holes for their upcoming activation to be ones that no one had ever seen before. One of the holes we came up with included an elevated fairway with higher rails that had an 3 openings. One of the openings led to a suspension bridge that was 1 foot above the ground. But instead of having just 1 suspension bridge we had 3 suspension bridges that were interconnected. The span of the bridge was 6 feet to the next fairway and once on that fairway, it was a quick descent to the cup.
The Suspension Bridges were both customized & branded. The customization included the height of the rails on each side of each bridge, the opening of each bridge as well as the height that each bridge can be from the ground. That height range is from ground level all the way up to 18 inches. The rails which there were 3 on each side were constructed at certain heights so that once the golf ball was on the bridge, it would not drop off the bridge. The bridges had rivet sections allowing them to be connected without having a ridge or bump between which if did exist would have slowed down the speed of the golf ball. As far as branding, we color matched the white that Denver International Airport requested. Unlike other color matchings, we did not have to strip away any paint as these were manufactured from scratch.
